Warsaw- May 21, 2009
On 21 May 2009 in headquarters of the Polish Association of the Righteous among the Nations , Zbigniew Niziński from The Lasting Memory Foundation carried out a presentation which concerned the unknown stories of rescuing Jews during the Nazi occupation. Guests had a chance to learn about those who had been killed for helping people of Jewish origin as well as about the unmarked martyrdom and burial sites of Jews.
 
Otwock- May 12, 2009
On 12 May 2009 in Otwock- Śródborów The Lasting Memory Foundation carried out a presentation concerning people who saved Jews during the Nazi occupation. Guests had a chance to see photographs of the unmarked places of Jewish martyrdom. Among the participants were the members of the Association of “The Children of the Holocaust” and the Second World War veterans.
 
Goleszów- April 28, 2009

On 28 April 2009 The Lasting Memory Foundation board had an honor to participate in the Jewish Memory Day organized in Goleszów by the Culture Center and the local school. Teenagers prepared an artistic performance dedicated to the memory of Jews. The Lasting Memory Foundation carried out presentations and organized a run following the traces of Golleschau subcamp prisoners, mostly Jews.

Zelów- April 24, 2009

On 24 April 2009 in Zelów The Lasting Memory Foundation carried out a presentation concerning preserved monuments of Jewish culture, places of extermination and people who rescued Jews during the occupation. Among the guests of this ceremony were: the mayor of Zelów- Mr Sławomir Malinowski, the Righteous Among the Nations of the World- Mrs Jadwiga Gawrych, Zbigniew Niziński from The Lasting Memory Foundation.

Warsaw- April 22, 2009
On 22 April 2009 the Culture Club “Falenica” and The Lasting Memory Foundation organized a special event called “The Paths of Memory”. The Lasting Memory Foundation presented the photographs which concerned the trips following the traces of Jews in Poland. Afterwards, the Theatre Group KK “Falenica” staged Barbara Wizimirska’s drama titled “An Old Story”.
