Kozolupy near Stoczek Wegrowski – August 21, 2010 |
Three Jews, including two teenage girls and a tailor from Stoczek Wegrowski, were hiding by a Polish family in Kozolupy, 1942. During one of the Nazi manhunts they were discovered and shot to death. Zbigniew Nizinski of the Lasting Memory Foundation, together with a witness to the execution of Jews, settled a memorial stone on the burial site in the woods. |
